I can’t believe Steve Jobs would let his temper get the best of him like this. I can’t exactly relate to what it is to be the CEO of Apple, but this was seems like such a no-brainer. The obvious play from Steve Jobs here is to give the girl a quick quote and thank her for the interest she showed. Instead of giving a little effort to make a great PR move, he spent twice as much effort sending four e-mails.
